This operation involves widening and lengthening of the penis.

The widening procedure is carried out by collagen implants to the penis. These implants are tissue cells of the human body. According to our Doctor, collagen is a more safer and natural product. The use of Metacrill can cause serious allergic reactions and in some cases sexual impotence can occur.

Lengthening involves an incision at the base of the penis where it joins the pubic area.

The ligaments that anchors it is released allowing the penis to protrude further outwards from 2 to 4 centimetres.
