Cosy-Bra Ltd act as agent only. We do not perform or carry out any form of surgery or medical treatments ourselves but the services which are included in our quotation.

Any undertaken surgery of medical treatment is considered to be an agreement between the patient and the clinic. Therefore, we are not liable for any medical treatments, surgical procedures etc…

The medical questionnaire is an integral part of the contract the client has with the clinic. We are not liable for any incomplete or incorrect form or if the patient has not disclosed any information relevant to the operation.

The quotation for our services include the consultation and surgery in Brazil, pre-operative tests, medication, airport transfer to and from the hotel by one of our representative, bilingual support for the medical appointments, the accommodation we have provided, including breakfast. Other extra costs should be paid for by the client.

After the surgery, your stay will depend on the medical assessment results. Only our doctor will be able to recommend the necessary days that you would need to stay under observation before your return – if the client is required or has chosen to stay any longer all the extra costs have to be paid for.

Clients are responsible for their return flights arrangements as we cannot accept responsibility for any delay or missing flights. Clients are responsible for all the necessary visa applications to the desired destination. At the time of this publication, (January 2006) British Citizens do not require visa to enter Brazil .

We will not be responsible for any loss, injury or damaged caused to the client during their stay except where is has proven to be the company's negligence.

We endeavour to carry out our services accordingly and responsibly. We shall not be liable for any damage, loss or failure to produce however caused by Force Majeure, under circumstances beyond our control or impossible to foresee or be avoided such as war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, insurrection or military or usurped power, acts of God.

This site is not recommended for the under 18 years old.

Information on plastic surgery for the under 18's should be obtained by the parents. Any further details should be requested by the parents or the guardian themselves.

Cancellation Fees:

Once a deposit or full payment has been received by us and a date of the surgery has been agreed, any cancellation by the client has to be in writing either by E-mail, or registered post.

The following cancellation fees applies:

• 6 weeks – Deposit
• 3 weeks – 50% of the procedure
• 1 week - 100 % of the procedure cost
